Privacy notice

Plain-language summary of what this website collects and why.

This notice describes how the website is built. It is a starting point for the Havoc Brothers team and should be reviewed by them (and, where needed, a legal adviser) before launch, including the contact details for privacy requests.

What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry we store the details you enter: your name, organisation, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the event details (date, location, audience, budget and production notes). We use them only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a performance.

Booking tracking

You can check an enquiry’s status with your booking reference and the email address you used. The tracker shows the status, event type, event date and any note the team leaves for you — never your other details.

Security

Enquiries are stored in a database on Cloudflare. Only authorised members of the Havoc Brothers team can view them, after signing in through Cloudflare Access. To limit abuse we keep a short-lived, salted hash of your connection’s IP address for rate limiting; we do not store the address itself.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits without cookies. Spotify and YouTube players load only when you press play, and their own privacy policies apply from that point. Videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.

Your choices

You can ask the team to correct or delete your enquiry details. Mention your booking reference when you contact them through the official channels listed on this site.
